Public Transportation will be closed at 12:15 and POP2012 goes until 2am, so we strongly recommend that you make arrangements (plan ahead) to get back home.  Getting to the event via public trans is easy, but getting back that way is not possible after 12:15a.

Those seeking public transportation to Oracle Arena and Overstock.com Coliseum have three options:

Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART),
Capitol Corridor (AmTrak),
and AC Transit.

PARKING OVERVIEW

PLAN AHEAD and remember to pack light for a fun night, **carpool**, designate a sober driver, and know that your body is temple

A – The most secured way to park for a special event at Oracle Arena Park in the Oracle Arena and O.co parking lot. Cash only. $50 and $100 bills will no longer be excepted by the parking attendant. Accommodations for limousines, buses and RVs are available. Rates include a city-imposted parking tax. Skills has no control over parking fees.

All special events at Oracle Arena are priced accordingly:
Car & Motorcycle – $35
RV / Limo / Bus – $85

Your car cannot be left in the parking lots during non-event hours so if your car is left in the lot it will be towed. Here are the parking rules for Oracle and O.co Click here to visit the website.

B – Park for free in the Bart parking lot located next to the venue. If you have ever taken Bart to an A’s, Raiders or Warriors game, then you know how convenient this option is. Note that this is unsecured parking.

C – Take Bart to the venue and catch a ride back from a designated driver or catch a cab at Gate H on the north side of the Arena. Remember, stay alive, don’t drink & drive! If you decide to take bart back home, keep in mind that the last train leaves around 12:20AM and this event concludes at 2am.

D - There is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood. If you decide to go this route, we strongly encourage that you are aware of your surroundings.

E – Stay at one of the surrounding hotels and take a taxi to the venue and back. A list of nearby hotels can be found by clicking here. Catch a cab at Gate H on the north side of the Arena.

F – Park in one of the longterm airport parking lots for only $7 to $11. If you chose this options we suggest that you take a cab rather than walk. A list of the off-site lots next to Oakland airport can be found by clicking below.

This will require you to take a cab. We do not recommend that you try to walk this. Off-site, secured 24 hour parking lots located a short cab ride from Oracle Arena – $6-$11 per day.

Be smart and plan ahead.

The parking lots below mostly take reservations and are only 1-3 miles away from the Arena. A cab line will be available at GATE H on the North side of the Arena beginning at 1am to either take you back to your car or home if need be.
